A few weeks ago I ordered a BT9 rear sight from Eagle Imports. This is what I got. It's plastic or polymer, not steel. If you hit it with a brass drift pin, it seems reasonable to assume you could damage it. So be careful when adjusting your "drift adjustable" rear sight. I use a rubber mallet.
