bersa uc9 OR bersa uc 45

So far I have aquired the bersa 380cc, And a bersa uc 9mm (matte finish) .I would like opinions weather to purchase a uc45 in a nickel finish OR a uc9 in a nickel finish. I just need to know if the finish has been known to have any issues,And if the 45 has proven reliable. One last question,Does the firestorm pistols come with 2 mags? Thank you everyone for your time and knowledge.

    Hi badger

I have the 2 bersas you've named and I think logic, at least for me, would be to get the UC45 (a climbing the ladder sort of thingSmile [:)]). I don't know much about the nickle finish other than to keep Hoppes #9 away from it. As for the .45's reliability, there's a good discussion here about it "cycling slow".

Irregardless, I plan on making the UC45 (in matte or stainless) my next Bersa.

My 45UC has proven reliable with the right ammo (Mag Tech, Blazer). My 9UC has proven even more reliable, having never turned it's nose up at any ammo I've fired in it.

I wouldn't hesitate to get the matte or stainless, but I've held off on nickel because of the cleaning issue.

Yes, we've had reports that the Firestorm Mini guns (9, 40, 45) are coming with two magazines. Not the .380acp, .32 cal or 22lr, though.

    I'm no expert, I'm just, well---opinionated!
