Hello Royce.
It appears I'm experencing the dreaded "disconnector spring" issue as well.
I purchased my .380 Thunday last friday evening and experenced the symptoms of the hammer back, and not firing when pulling the trigger, and then it would "catch" and fire.
I diecovered and read the forums, and removed the right grip, and there she was, out of the slot. corrected that, went back to the range saturday and put about 120 rounds thru it, and it once again popped out of the slot a total of three times.
its a great little weapon, love the handling and the accuracy, but would like to have this remedied, and would like to send it into you if this is covered under the warrenty.
I've ready the shipping instructions on the top of the page, so know the procedure of sending it it, i just wanted to make sure you knew ahead of time that it will be on its way.
Also curious on an approx. turn around time.
Thanks very much in advance,
