22 caliber kit for the P32?

Does anyone know if there is a 22 caliber conversion kit for the KelTec P32 Like you have for the 1911, Replaces the slide, barrel, recoil spring and mag.

Ok, thanks.
My brother has a P32 and was wanting a 22 like it.
I could not find any 22caliber KTs at their sight, but thought some one might know of a kit for them.
