    Re: p11 range report

i also have one. i purchased it last year, it too has preformed with no malfunctions with i guess, 1k fired out of  it
it is my secoundary weapon so i do practice with from time to time but no more the 30 to 40 rounds at a time it just is too hard on my hand and wrist !!

i use the 12 round mag, you never know when you might need the additional 2

    Re: p11 range report

How is that 12 round mag compared to the 10 rounder? Is it the same size?
Does it have a pinky extension? I think the absence of an extension is the reason it hits me right on the base joint of my thumb if i don't put a death grip on it. Mine has been flawless too. If you think the P11 kicks you should try my S&W 638 with some harsh +Ps. I can only stand about 5 rounds of those at a time.
    Happy Memorial day,
    Toni

same size as the 10 round mag, no pinky extension

i have the pinky extension and have tired it a few times but it changed the ergonomics of how the gun recoils and some how causes my thumb hit the slide lock and evey once and a while locks the slide back (not the guns fault) so i don't use it any more

doesn't do it without the pinky extension, plus the pinky extension makes the p-11 print a little bit

    Thanks very much flatlander,
I will not bother with an extension then.
