why are you sorry? its ok to disagree.
Police have a job. the reality is most of them are power/thrill seeking people. I'm not saying its bad, just true. the little bit of power goes to many of their heads. they lecture when they should leave, they use force when they dont have to, they try to put people on the defense at most interactions and when it doesnt work they escalate situations that dont need to be. look at mexican police and other devloping countries, they are corput and do terrible things to people. could easily deteriate here to a similar situation unless they are held to standards and the bad ones that get caught get punished, you see it in the news weekly. they need to be held to these high standards by their supperiors and citizens alike. this guy recording this convo did just that. when officers act outside their responibilites, its not a bad thing to call 911 and say I dont think this is a real officer beacuse he just insalted me, or lied about the law, or anything that is outside of the responsibilites the state asks of them. if that situation escalated and you were on the phone with 911, the truth would be out about that particular situation and how the officer reacted, sending the message to stay within the boundaries the state sets for them. dont rely on others to do what they are supposed to, start doing that and you might as well stop CCW.
