Well boys, I DID IT!
After much thought (ALL NIGHT) I talked myself into getting it! I know that some say that a 9mm isn't good enough for protection and I have been looking into it. With the ammo that is out there I think a 9mm will do the trick. Can you say Shot placement? I also found these two URL's talking about the 9mm and this helped my decision.

I held and played around with it at the store for an HOUR before I decided to tell the guy I wanted to buy it.
Once again I held the M&P compact along with the PX4 sub-compact and you can just see the quality that went into this handgun!
Now I need a OWB and IWB holsters from Nate! LOL
OH...... I placed it on lay away so it will be a week before I can play with MY new toy. LOL
Once you hold one of these in your hands, you will find it really hard to let go of it! I know that MT will say it is butt ugly, but I will tell you this, the PX4 Sub-Compact stood out from all the other handguns that were around it. Ugly or not, it has a look that is so different that people will take notice of it
