    holster by nate

Hey....the post went bonchers but anyway I did read what ya'll had to say.  Holster was really tite when I first tried it but just now sat down with an empty (checked it twice honest) 380 and wrapped it up in some plastic and holster/ unholtser about 200 times and it already is good.  I'm so used to that uncle mikes pancake that this is just different.  It is going to feel so good to not worry about the strap.    I'm going to love this holster.  Thanks Nate.... good job!

I was just posting when it went away.. Though it was gonna be another trip to the spanking machine for sure!! Anyway, was saying.

I have several UBGs and what I do is I leave my gun in the holster for a night or two. I know.. I know yur not susposta store yur gun in a holster.. Anyway a couple of nights seems to make removal and replacment a lost easier but dosnt loosen up the snug fit much. Anyway,, Good luck!

Did you manage to loosen it up so you can pull the gun out one handed? I have to hold the front clip down with my left hand and draw with my right.

Try that it . Mine have been fine, from Nate. Ive had Don Hume pocket holsters you almost had to draw and shoot off . But with a little useage are now fine.

Temember nate hand molds thes holsters . His pistol mold mght be a little smaller than real pistol.

Wrap the gun in Wax paper and leave it overnight works great.

Don't I remember somewhere Nate had an exact mold of the 380?  In fact isn't it a 380 filled with silicone?  What ever happened with that anyway?  I know my Stryker I is a perfect fit but it did need unholstering and reholstering several hundred times to allow one-handed draws.  By the Way it's still as secure, just gives up a little easier.

    Re: holster by nate

My Regulator from Nate came over the weekend. It is really beautiful, a bit tight, but it loosened up while I was holstering and unholstering my unloaded XD40 SC. Now I have to decide whether to get another Regulator for my wife's Thunder 380 or a Striker  I for the Thunder 9UC I have my eye on at my LGS. Decisions Decisions.  Thanks Nate for one heck of a holster, simply superb!

how about slide-ez? It's supposed to be made for holsters and ease the breakin period.  Nate?
