My husband thinks that you should be in the same postition on your motorcycle as you are in your recliner, with the exception of his ape hanger handle bars.....(although that is similar to his recliner position when he is reaching for a beer)....Me, I prefer a little more of a normal sitting position and my arms lower for better control....I do have forward foot controls, but I have long legs and I prefer them....I can stand up on them (the front pegs) if I have to....I think for the most part, the riding position/posture is just a matter of personal preference.....

Wish I could match up to the fancy bikes you all seem to have. For now, a 1978 Suzuki does what I need. Maybe some day.

So MT, you would recommend one of Nate's IWB holsters for the Thunder when riding? Haven't tried it yet, but since I'm mostly upright while riding seems like it might work (I have the Canute). I was thinking something with a retention strap would be better, but you obviously ride a lot more than I do, and faster.

I carry my Bersa in aUBG IWB I don't remember the name  and has never been a bit of trouble.  Like I said I tuck my shirt bottom under my belt on both sides  Keeps shirt from flying and no exposer .  Off bike a quick pull and shirt is hanging loose.  If person see you undoing shirt and you standing by bike  Nothing will be thought of it.
