+ 1 on the Nemisis, I use it for both my T380 and KT PF-9.  I also use a DeSantis Tuck-This IWB.  This is also a great fit for Both.

p-t max & Dead Tom-Thread-drift.  Please stick to the topic of the thread to aid others.  This thread deals solely with Pocket Holsters.

That applies to jim 101 as well as posters above, and others.  Please try to stick to the topic of pocket holsters.  You can always start another thread if you want to discuss another topic.  There's no place here for IWB/OWB, etc.  Go somewhere else, please.

What kind of holster is that, I am in love....how is the retention of the gun with that specific holster and does it come in other colors?
Sorry, I forgot to mention the one I liked...the leather one with JBP on it...Thanks

Re: Bersa Thunder 380 'POCKET HOLSTER' recommendations

No, I cancelled the order because I had to wait too long for backordered items from Midway.  That's the only time that I felt Midway let me down a bit.  No big deal, they're a great outfit to deal with...

So, I can't comment on the UM pocket holster; the only one I can comment on is the Nemesis, and see my photos and remarks, above.

I did purchase a Bianchi Pocket Change from another vendor, but NOT for the BT380-for a recently purchased Kahr CW9.  Bianchi does not list a pocket holster for the CW9, but I was told via email from DeSantis that holsters for the K9 should fit the CW9-so I bought the Bianchi Pocket Change for the Kahr K9, etc. for my CW9...  gggeeeesssshhhh...

So...I just placed my BT380 in THAT Pocket Change designed for the Kahr K9, etc.  Fits fine.

The Pocket Change is a very nice pocket holster for the money.  Quality of materials is equal to the Nemesis.  It is slightly larger than the Nemesis, and the Nemesis, initially, draws easier

I've gone beyond the scope of your question to benefit others reading the thread.

In further answer to your question, since your LGS has them in stock, try out the #3 and #4 at the store.  Let us know which you think is better for the standard BT380.

I'd let them know first that you're bringing the gun in a locked container, or maybe they have a BT380 in the showcase for you to use for the comparison.

Uncle Mike's #3.  Pocket carry works if your pockets are large and not too deep.  Pocket carry does not work when driving. It is a pain to take it in out every time to get in and out of a car.

When I first decided to try pocket carry, I bought a Desantis Nemesis because it was cheap and readily available. It is somewhere on the shelf in my closet; I hated it. It came out with the gun no matter how I drew.

I have two guns that I pocket carry depending on the size of the pockets in the pants I'm wearing that day:

My Kel-tec P3AT goes into an Old West Styles roughout leather pocket holster that I bought from Sportsmansguide for $14.95. It works great.

When I have a little bit larger pockets, I carry a Kahr CW9 in a FIST K5. The fist has a handy thumb push molded in which makes the draw very easy.

I have not found any discomfort while sitting or driving with either gun and no sign of printing with either gun.

Ended up ordering the UM #3 and #4 pocket holsters, again, after cancellation some time ago.  This time they're not on backorder.   Should be getting them within a week, and will be able to report.

I'm thinking that Blackhawk pocket holster looks awfully similar to the Uncle Mike's...probably made under license?

Anyway, getting the #3 and #4 for my J-frame, Kahr CW9, and BT380.  Making this purchase is not related at all to any particular dissatisfaction with other holsters, like the Nemesis and Bianchi Pocket Change holsters.  But one is constantly seeking the 'best' for one's carry purposes, and multi-gun utility helps.  Besides, the price's right...Smile [:)]
