    Email problems

When someone sends us an email on the system, we get a copy forwarded to our regular email and when we respond to it through our regular email it appears that the message gets lost and never gets posted. Please let us know. Till then we will log on to Bersatalk to respond when we get a notice. Sorry for any problems with time lines this may have caused.

    Re: Email problems

Yes -- it apparently does happen like this.  I was supposed to be the recipient of the email and I never got it.  It caused a business transaction to fail, no fault of Royce.  After a week of waiting for a reply, I went with my Plan B, never knowing that Royce had sent the reply and it "got lost in the mail" so to say.

FWIW, I encountered similar PM and email issues when corresponding with Jarhead79 about that karma holster I won a little while back.  I eventually had to go to his website to get a "conventional" email address and was able to correspond with him that way.

    Re: Email problems

Please be sure to check the e-mail address that you are sending to when responding to e-mails sent from bersatalk.com.  In most cases, PM messages received in e-mail are sent from administrator@bersatalk.com, so if one simply clicks reply then the response is going to go to an administrative mailbox that is not monitored by a human.

At the end of the e-mail message  sent, there is a link to click on to reply. This should be used to reply to PM messages instead of replying in e-mail.  The reason for this is to protect peoples e-mail address should they choose not to share it.
