    The answer is B.  The 2nd Amendment does NOT give individuals the right to keep and bear arms.  That right was given to us by our Creator.  The 2nd Amendment, as well as the remainder of the Bill of Rights, merely enumerates these God-given rights as recognized by the Constitution.  If the entire Bill of Rights was repealed today, we still would have those rights, although we might have to fight to get the government to recognize them again.  That's why the 2nd Amendment exists, to ensure the American people maintain the capability to fight for our rights if necessary.

    While absolutely true and correct, that is a semantics argument most folks will never understand.
