Re: Does the Thunder 9 UC hold 10 or 13 rounds???

Both mags, the 13 and the 10 rd., are genuine Bersa.  I'm pretty computer illiterate, so I don't have a clue how to post a picture.  I'll see if my wife can help me.  One question about the 10 round mag.............when I load it with all 10 rounds, it rattles.  It pretty much sounds like BBs shaking around.  If I remove one round, the rattling disappears.  Any thoughts?

Here the procedure for posting a picture.  So easy even a caveman could do it . . .

Can't help with the rattling, but you could search the Thunder 9 or other forums, I think this was discussed within the last few months.

I need to apologize to everyone you read my recent post about the 10 and 13 round UC9 Bersa mags.  I stated that the 13 round mag had a pinky rest and the 10 round didn't.  Bottom line............I was wrong.  Last night, I was getting ready to try and post pictures of both mags and when I pulled them from my gun safe, they BOTH had the pinky rest.  As stated in an earlier post, the mags are virtually identical.  Again..............I apologize...................I need to make sure my brain is engaged before I hit the "send" icon.

I'm curious, I have the 10 round mag.  Can you get the follower for the 13 rounder any where to replace the plastic one?  I don't live in California so it's legal, but can it be done?

I didn't see it in the parts list at Eagle, but if you call you very well may be able to get one. The follower should fit. As I recall the plastic 10 rd. follower is a little taller than the 13, so I'm guessing the spring should be the same.

Re: Does the Thunder 9 UC hold 10 or 13 rounds???

I pop both the 10 and 13 round magazines open, not only is the follower different but the spring is longer in the 10 rounder.  Well I guess it can't hurt to have one in 10 rounds, besides if I did switch it off the count on the side of the mag only goes to 10.  I think it would definitely be more trouble than 3 rounds is worth.
